Hope everyone enjoyed their X'mas. I enjoyed it very much. Been pigging out for during X'mas eve and x'mas day. Remember the lamb leg i was telling you about? It turned out okay and credits goes to my Dad and Mum, dad was guiding mum along with the basting. And the ham was soooooo... delicious. We decided to bring it to my grandpa's place as it was too huge a quantity for my family to finish it. I had 8-10 slices of it for dinner. But too bad my mum gave the rest of it to my aunt:( my brother and i were whining abt the ham why couldn't we bring some home. On the eve, we ate the smoked chicken( bought the set from GIANT), the skin wasn't really that nice, too dry. But surprisingly, the inside was moist and tender. The juices oozed out as my dad sliced the chicken. Drooling right??? I wonder will there be one more gathering for new year's eve.
