I love christmas...better than CNY..there's more family warmth..this week will be out with friends. Saturday will be celebrating with parents then sunday will be at grandfather's place to celebrate christmas again..yipee...Mum ordered a christmas set which consists of whole chicken, log cake and a chunk of ham. Slurp slurp...and Sunday i will be having roasted lamb..woho..don't u just love christmas. But here's the catch, mum and aunt are each going to roast the lamb which i think mum's lamb will be a disaster. Firstly, i don't think she knows how to do the seasoning plus how long are u going to roast it. She wants to use the broiler which i am against it because using oven is better than the former. Plus u need to constantly baste the lamb meat to keep it moist. But since she doesnt know how to do it, it is just going to be dry. As for me, i only know the theory of cooking not the practical part. In order not to let the lamb go to waste, i am going to look for recipes and figure the art of roasting the lamb.
