Ever wonder why the street lamps we see on the roads never gets dim even though it is exposed to rain, sunshine and even dust? The answer??? Its because our government employs cleaners to wipe the glass parts of the lamp so that it never gets collected with dirt. The worker climbs onto this machine which brings them up to the height of the lamps then they start wiping the lamp. But the thing is, they have this pail of liquid (dunno whether its cleaning solution or just water) which they used it over and over again. So i guess that defeats the purpose of cleaning in the end.
