I went to Causeway Point(C.P) Jack's Place to have dinner. And gosh...bad experience. 1st there was the queue which lasted 15min. I was fine with it since it was a weekend. We were shown to our seats. The utensils was not even set up. It came only later. My impression of J.P would be nice ambience, quiet and soft music. But then, the air-con duct & the kitchen was noisy. We had to raise our voices in order to hear each other. We took our orders. Mum ordered lobster soup. The waitress brough the soup with no spoon. I thought she would bring it later on so we waited for a while but no spoon turn up. In the end we asked for the spoon. The soup tasted horrible. I ordered the ribeye steak & requested it medium well. But half way thru eating, some parts of the steak was not properly cook. Its extremely bloody plus i cant even cut thru it. It was basically way undercook. My mum ordered set dinner so there would be coffee served at the end, but the coffee didnt shown up. My mum decided to forgo the coffee and just asked for the bill. Again, we waited for the bill to come but no one was coming, then i saw the person whom we just asked for the bill serving other customers. Terrible, if you are unable to get us the bill, pls inform us & not let us sit & wait for it. When we walked pass her, she didnt even realised...i think she totally forgot abt it. When we were queing to make payment, a customer was telling the staff that their service was terrible. I will never visit that J.P branch again. I think the branch at AMK is better.
