I am having an orientaion programme this friday and it's a whole day event. Which means whatever time the event finishes..i can go home. The last venue is somewhere near Bugis which means i can go shopping afterwards..yoho....my colleague is taking leave also which means no one is in the lab that day.

Remember i post about the free air tickets...hee...dad manage to extend the dateline of the tickets and still manage to change the package to 4 tickets to somewhere else. It turns out that the tickets are worth $2000 plus each...Thinking of either New Zealand or Australia. I looked thru the brochures...all of the places are so interesting. Exploring caves...fun time with dolphin. But i want to travel around the world if i can..Aiyah...be cheapo abit (sign up with SIA lor..free flight). Haiz.. then again must see when my school is having break because the timetable for the next sem not out yet.

Yeserday applied leave to spent some time with brother before his school re-opens. To our suprise..mum also applied leave. So bro & I went to catch a movie "Just My Luck"....not too bad the show...especially the white coat which Linsay Lohan was wearing in the first scene. Then lunch at sakura before going to Robinson... Suprisingly it was very crowded...i thought weekday would be less crowded...Basically the whole day was gone just like that...Back to work again.

Love weekends...i can sleep till late morning...woke up at 11.30am today...then did abit of housework...watching tv then went to chinatown to shop... why chinatown (so deserted)!!!! But trust me, after revamping, the shops are trendy and the clothes selling in orchard can be found there plus at a lesser price...i bought two knee-length pants and i love it so much...previously i bought another one form that shop for only $26..but at far east...they are selling for $54... WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!! Also not forgetting the toiletries over there...haha(behaving like an auntie)...oil-blotters at a cheaper price..$2.60 instead of your normal $3.60 But then again, i won't make a special trip to buy toiletries...it's only when i need to shop for clothes. So i went with one handbag & end up carrying an extra big red plastic bag home with my barang. But i am only pround with the things inside the plasic bag...not the red plastic bag itself...for goodness sake...don't the shop owner have some decent carrier...Make me look like an auntie. So i tried to hide it under the seat when i was on the train with my long skirt covering it. Hee...

Was chatting with my friend yesterday then realised that her colleague knows my another friend...what a coincidence...tmr going to tanglin mall to shop at the flea market..normally i will set up stall but this time i am there to shop only. I wonder what i can fish out from there???Hee... at least ther are plans for tomorrow.. But today, i am still thinking whether to go town or to go to library to return books. Plus i still haven't find company yet...headache....well see how.

Its approaching friday soon...so happy..this week has been ok for me...not too busy not too relax...yesterday supposed to have class but lecturer on MC...so foutunately i get to eat my mum's baked pasta and chipolata plus mushroom soup....so nice...dessert was ice-cream....after all that eating, today i skip morning tea-break...need to maintain the weight lah...my colleague is thinking of getting the osim U-zap...making me so tempted because we can get 5-10% off for staff...so ard $241. So i am still thinking...but anyway, i need to get a breather this friday...i am still looking for khakis to go out....

But behind their backs, it’s a long rod waiting to strike your head when least expected. Someone witnessed this and manages to shout out and thus the girl had a lucky escape.
Mysterious dog
Again during the Japanese occupation, everyone was scared and everything was chaotic. This white dog appeared out of nowhere and stayed with this family and strangely enough, the family felt safe. Out of kindness, the family fed and took care of this dog. Funny or should I say good thing happen to this house, the Japanese soldiers were patrolling around and when to each & every house in that village to ransack it. But somehow, that family’s house was skipped. After the Japanese occupation was over, the white dog left the house and no one even noticed it. They search everywhere, but the dog was nowhere to be found!!!

My colleague is on leave today..leaving me alone in the lab...so bored, luckily there is sample to process. Today no class...so will be heading to library to collect the book that i reserved. Till now there is no update abt the hong kong trip. But hope i can go thou. Now just waiting for time to pass so i can knock off. But then the thought of crossing the over-head bridge each time is pissing me off...

Going to wheelock place with my brother to attend this photo exibition or something like that...Think i am artsy??? Ha ha I am just accompanying my brother only. He needs to get some information for his CCA which is photography. Since he doesn't know the exact location, that's where i come in. Caught a movie yesterday. Sooooo nice and funny. I highly recommend this movie "Cars". Don't think its just some childish animation. Its very exciting and keeps u tense up because its abt car racing. Those who didn't catch it, pls do. Gotta go get ready soon..bye for now.

Been busy with classes thus no time to type any post nowadays. But i will make the effort. Was reading bluesky's blog & realised i have been tagged. I am supposed to write 6 things abt me. I promised i will do so asap. Went to orchard on Fri with colleague to town. I love the sales. But this time i will not spend that much. Now trying to finish my assignment.
