I wrote a feedback form to singtel about the pay-as-you-roam service because b4 i left for hong kong, i called them to activate it. But when i arrived at Hong Kong, there was no reception. They replied me in a series of email which i find it annoying because they could actually email me all the question they need to know. I think they are buying more time to slolve the problem. Clever but not efficient. Finally they replied me that it was a mistake on their part because apparently the staff didn't actually activate it and they have counselled the staff to be more prudent in his work. Maybe i am greedy but i felt they should compensate me something.
